林鹏 ,教授,博士生导师,林鹏,男,1968年5月生,博士,清华大学政治经济学专业博士生指导教师.1985年考入武汉大学经济系，先后获得经济学学士、硕士和博士学位；1991年进入中国社会科学院经济研究所，先后从事过宏观经济研究、宏观经济管理研究和国有企业改革与发展研究。
1992年10月调入清华大学经济管理学院(后改为经济管理学院、经济系、经管学院），现为清华大学五道口金融学院副院长兼任五道口金融学院证券期货研究所所长，并担任中国人民银行货币政策委员会咨询专家、北京市政府顾问团成员等职务。
主要研究领域包括：公司财务、资本结构、投资决策分析以及金融风险控制等方面的内容。
